He has spent 25 years working in the UK and internationally – during that time he’s delivered a number of significant communication programmes including four large merger and acquisitions, strategy and cultural renewals and business transformations. In doing so he’s helped a range of organisations and their senior leaders successfully navigate what have been landmark events for those companies and their people.
Mark is a corporate change maker who will not only bring his extensive knowledge but also his energy and enthusiasm to enhance your organisation’s communication experience, ensuring your purpose, strategy and culture are brought to life whilst being open about your plans to transform and engage your people with that future. As a former Communications Director, Mark has worked closely with Boards, CEOs and Executive teams, understanding the challenges and demands they face as leaders, and helping them unlock the power of communication in ways that create focus, trust and commitment.
Mark has a Masters Degree in People & Organisational Development. He is a Board Member of the UK & Ireland Chapter for the International Association of Business Communicators.
